At JAAR, we offer free, confidential support to survivors of sexual trauma. Whether you’re seeking counselling, resources, or a safe space to begin healing, we’re here for you. Our mission is to heal trauma and influence change—through compassion, education, and advocacy.
JAAR supports people of all genders, backgrounds, and identities who have been impacted by sexual trauma — as well as their families and loved ones. Whether you’re seeking help for yourself or someone you care about, you’ll be met with compassion, respect, and understanding.

The Telephone & E-Mail Helplines are available to people that have experienced rape, sexual assault, sexual harassment or childhood sexual abuse.

We provide specialist counselling to support women and men, and their families and friends, in dealing with the trauma of rape, sexual assault, and childhood sexual abuse.
