Organisation and ownership of website

Jersey Action Against Rape is registered with the Association of Jersey Charities and the Jersey Financial Services Commission as a non profit organisation by definition of Article 1 of the Non-Profit Organisations (Jersey) Law 2008.

Jersey Action Against Rape is the owner of the website. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and if we do so, we will post notice of the change by updating the text of this page.
